Tawa Bread Bhajji
Make batter with 1 cup besan flour, salt, chilli powder – adding water slowly
Take 2 slices of bread, cut the corners, apply chutney in between and cut into triangles
Heat tawa, Spread some oil on tawa
Dip the triangles in the batter and tawa fry the Bhajji
Allow to cook on slow-medium flame until golden brown on both sides
Serve hot with some ketchup sauce / chutney

Work from Home during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the subsequent nationwide lockdown, gave me a chance to spend more time with my family and ofcourse helped me re-invent my cooking knowledge and try out more healthy yummy dishes for my family in the evenings and over the weekend; it saved my commuting time and energy, my day would start at 5am as usual, finish off all my daily household chores, then office work 8am to 5pm, from 5pm I could spend my time for my family trying our new dishes and eat them fresh hot with my family, I begin this Series Tasty Buds.. you may try out a few ones, most of them are simple, easy and quick to prepare, so read ,try our Tasty Buds !!!
