Wheat flour 1 cup, oil, salt, onions, garlic, boiled potatoes
Make dough with wheat flour, salt, oil and water – keep aside
Heat oil in a kadai, add garlic and finely chopped onions, suate well, add coriander leaves, haldi powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and boiled potatoes, add salt to taste, mix well and make a dry masala to be used as stuffing for the poori
Roll out pooris, stuff the potatoes masala and deep fry in hot oil, serve hot with sauce / chutney
Work from Home during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the subsequent nationwide lockdown, gave me a chance to spend more time with my family and ofcourse helped me re-invent my cooking knowledge and try out more healthy yummy dishes for my family in the evenings and over the weekend; it saved my commuting time and energy, my day would start at 5am as usual, finish off all my daily household chores, then office work 8am to 5pm, from 5pm I could spend my time for my family trying our new dishes and eat them fresh hot with my family, I begin this Series Tasty Buds.. you may try out a few ones, most of them are simple, easy and quick to prepare, so read ,try our Tasty Buds !!!
