Glazed Carrots
Heat oil, butter, saute sliced onions, garlic until golden brown, add a pinch of salt, chilli flakes, finely chopped spring onions – then Place the sauted onions in a serving tray
Now add butter in the same kadai, add sliced carrots (slice in finger chips shape), saute well and allow to cook, add butter in between to give more taste and glaze to the carrots, Add salt, chilli flakes to taste / seasoning – toss well
Switch off the gas stove flame
Add finely chopped spring onions, add a spoonful of honey, saute well
Now place these carrots on the serving tray on the already placed onions
Garnish with more honey and some chilly sauce and serve hot

Work from Home during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the subsequent nationwide lockdown, gave me a chance to spend more time with my family and ofcourse helped me re-invent my cooking knowledge and try out more healthy yummy dishes for my family in the evenings and over the weekend; it saved my commuting time and energy, my day would start at 5am as usual, finish off all my daily household chores, then office work 8am to 5pm, from 5pm I could spend my time for my family trying our new dishes and eat them fresh hot with my family, I begin this Series Tasty Buds.. you may try out a few ones, most of them are simple, easy and quick to prepare, so read ,try our Tasty Buds !!!
