May 2 is dedicated to this delightful feeling that we crave. It is celebrated as World Laughter Day. 😀😀😊😊😁😁
This day was created for the first time in the year 1998 by a man named Dr. Madan Kataria. A family doctor in Mumbai by profession, he started the Laughter Yoga Movement in a bid to prove that expressions on our faces can have an impact on how we feel. It was from here that the seed of World Laughter Day was planted in order to promote world peace and stability with the help of laughter.
